This dedication will be prominently showcased this September during our fifth annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting the VFW National Home.

On Thursday, September 18th, Fairwinds – River’s Edge, in collaboration with our sister community, The Landing of O’Fallon, will team up with Nurses & Company and Angels Care to host this uplifting event at Bear Creek Golf Course. Residents, families, staff, and friends will unite for a bit of friendly rivalry, all for a noble cause.

Supporting Veterans and Their Families

As a Leisure Care community, we embrace a unique approach to workplace culture: the “Three-Thirds Lifestyle,” which focuses on achieving balance in three significant areas. First, we encourage our staff to prioritize family above all else. Second, we champion giving back to the broader community where we reside, work, and have fun. Lastly, we aspire for our employees to make meaningful contributions to our professional settings.

This dedication to our community is fundamental to our mission—and it’s why events such as our annual charity golf tournament are so important to us.

Veterans hold a special place in our hearts at Fairwinds – River’s Edge, and we believe it is our collective duty to support them. Funds raised from the tournament will benefit the VFW National Home, an organization committed to aiding veterans and their families in need. Our last tournament generated nearly $29,500, and we look forward to continuing to make a difference.
